Our store is hosted on Square. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Services and Products:
Heat Press Design Co. provides heat transfers, blanks/supplies, and finished custom products along with other printing services for a variety of products, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, and promotional items. The designs created and printed by Heat Press Design Co. are subject to the approval of the customer before final production.

Account Registration:
In order to use certain features of our website and services, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Design Approval:
Before we proceed with printing custom projects, you will receive a proof of the design for your approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review the design, including text, graphics, and other elements. Heat Press Design Co. shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or design issues once the customer has approved the design in writing/email.

Copyright and Ownership:
All designs created by Heat Press Design Co. are the property of Heat Press Design Co. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Customers who provide their own designs warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use such designs. Heat Press Design Co. respects the intellectual property rights of others, and any copyright infringement claims will be taken seriously.

Payment and Pricing:
Payment for our services shall be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms listed on our website. Heat Press Design Co. reserves the right to change the pricing at any time with prior notice. All payments are non-refundable once the design has been approved and production has begun.

Shipping and Delivery:
Heat Press Design Co. shall make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused during shipping.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After the design approval and production have started, cancellations are not possible, and refunds will not be provided. In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving the product for a replacement.

Prohibited Use:
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading or transmitting viruses, spam, or any content that infringes on the rights of others.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
Heat Press Design Co. makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content and designs on our website. All products are provided on an "as-is" basis.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Heat Press Design Co. be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services or products.
