SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Time
Our goal is to ship our products to you as quickly as possible. Here are our processing times unless otherwise stated on the homepage.

Ready to Press Transfers and in-stock Blanks/Supplies processing time is 5-7 business days.
Custom DTF Gang Sheets processing time is 4 business days and will ship when ready.
All of our other products may vary within a 7-15 business day processing time (excluding weekends and holidays).

If your order includes any pre-order items, please note that the entire order will not ship until the pre-order date stated on the item's title. We recommend checking out with pre-order items separately.

Delivery Information
  • Local Delivery Area: Our local delivery service is available within a 15 miles from Prosper, TX. During checkout, you will be prompted to enter your address to check if you're within our local delivery area.

  • Delivery Fee: We offer local delivery at a flat fee of $5.00 for orders within our delivery zone. Please note that this fee is subject to change, and you can find the most up-to-date information during checkout.

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We won't be held responsible for undeliverable packages due to address errors.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a notification with tracking information. We will reach out to you to coordinate delivery.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is delivered to your specified address, we consider it fulfilled. Please ensure that you or a trusted recipient is available to receive the package to prevent theft or damage. Once items are delivered, Heat Press Design Co. is no longer held responsible for damages, loss or theft.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
If an order needs to be split, you will be provided with multiple tracking numbers.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Holiday Delays
During holidays, occasional delivery delays can occur. We kindly ask for your patience during these times.
-We will update the last day to order to guarantee delivery before a holiday. Check back for updates.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer. Heat Press Design Co. is not liable for any fees imposed during or after shipping.

Shipping Damages & Other Issues
While we take great care in packaging your products, we are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during shipping or stolen packages. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Remember to save all packaging materials, receipts, and damaged goods before making a claim.

Orders returned back to us due to incorrect or insufficient addresses will be refunded minus a $7.50 restocking fee and cost of insurance if purchased.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, we will do our best to assist you in locating it. However, please start by contacting the shipment carrier as the package becomes the property of the shipment carrier after pickup from our facility. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages that were shipped or delivered.

If you did not opt for shipping insurance, we cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged packages. Once the shipment carrier confirms delivery to the address on the order, no claim can be made, and your item will not be covered under our shipping insurance.

For any shipping-related inquiries or to report the condition of your item, please reach out to us at heatpressdesignco@gmail.com and provide your order number along with a photo of the item's condition.

 

RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final due to the custom nature of your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate measures to make it right. Please note that we can only address issues within 3 calendar days of your package being delivered. Failure to contact us within this timeframe may hinder our ability to resolve the issue.

  • Heat Press Design Co. is not held responsible for any transfers that are pressed incorrectly.
  • Images with a resolution below 300 DPI may result in a noticeable loss of clarity, detail, and overall print quality. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide high-resolution CMKY images that are suitable for printing, and Heat Press Design Co. shall not be held accountable for any dissatisfaction or issues arising from the use of low-resolution images.
  • Heat Press Design Co. reserves the sole discretion to accept or reject images submitted for printing. We maintain stringent quality and content standards to ensure a positive and respectful experience for all our customers. Therefore, any images that are deemed to contain explicit, indecent, or offensive content in nature, including nudity or crudeness, will not be accepted for printing. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in our services.
